Job Description

The position available is for a Team Member at one of their Southern California locations. This is a full-time role with an hourly pay range of $20 to $22, offering at-will employment which allows either the employee or employer to terminate the working relationship at any time. As a Team Member, the successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks that directly contribute to an excellent guest experience and operational efficiency. The role primarily involves operating the cash register to process customer orders, managing payments, and ensuring accurate transaction handling. Additionally, team members assist customers by helping them select meals and performing suggestive selling to enhance sales.

Beyond front-of-house cashier duties, team members also support the kitchen and dining areas by assembling orders (packline operation), prepping side dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and restroom areas, and during slower periods, assisting with dishwashing. A pleasant demeanor and positive attitude are essential, as this role demands excellent customer service skills and teamwork. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in cook, customer service, or cashier roles desired
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or other similar role
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
  • interest and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
