Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or cashier experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or other similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite Word and Excel
  • Interest and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to prioritize work demonstrate problem-solving ability attention to detail and managing teams
  • Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
  • Interest in continued training and development

Job Duties

  • Be friendly
  • Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
  • Ensure orders are accurate
  • Maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
  • Follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Wash dishes during slow periods
  • Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
