Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • willing and able to stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50lbs
  • reliable and punctual
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • able to work flexible schedules
  • willing to be cross-trained in multiple service positions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience is a plus
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • willingness to be trained in multiple roles

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
  • be cross-trained in a minimum of three service positions
  • multi-task and proactively seek tasks
  • stand for long periods of time
  • work well in a team environment
  • lift up to 50lbs as needed
  • maintain a positive attitude and dependability
