As a Team Member within Restaurant Brands California, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience. The position involves responsibilities such as using the cash register to process guest transactions, accepting payments, and providing receipts efficiently and accurately. Team Members also ensure that all orders are correct, whether they are received in-store or through online channels, contributing directly to the guests' satisfaction and loyalty.

Beyond transactional duties, Team Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various areas including the dining room and restrooms, which promotes a welcoming environment for guests. The role extends to assembling packline orders, preparing side dishes, cooking during slower periods, and assisting with daily prep tasks necessary for smooth business operations. The company offers a full-time employment opportunity with competitive pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.
