Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a positive attitude and be dependable
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be willing to be cross-trained in at least three service positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be cross-trained in various roles
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Age 16 years or older
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Be cross-trained in a minimum of at least three service positions
- Multi-task and work proactively without waiting to be told what to do
- Stand for long periods of time as required in all positions
- Work well in a team environment to accomplish tasks together
- Lift up to 50lbs when required
- Maintain a positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn
