As a Team Member at Restaurant Brands California, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service. The role offers full-time employment with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cooking, customer service, or cashier roles desired
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain cash handling procedures and operate a cash register
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and perform various duties such as dishwashing and food prep
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
