As a Team Member at Restaurant Brands California, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service. Your primary responsibility will be using the cash register to process transactions, ensuring each guest’s order is handled swiftly and correctly while maintaining an accurate cash till by adhering to all cash handling procedures. Additionally, you will assist guests in selecting meals through suggestive selling, aiming to enhance their dining experience. Cleanliness is a vital part of the role, as team members are expected to maintain tidy dining and bathroom areas, supporting an overall hygienic environment.

Besides handling transactions, packline operators within the team assemble orders from the cashiers and online platforms, heat or cook side dishes, prep food for daily operations, and wash dishes during slower periods. This variety ensures that every team member can contribute across functions, fostering flexibility and gaining valuable experience in fast service restaurant operations. A positive demeanor and strong communication skills are essential since you will frequently interact with customers and other team members. The role offers full-time employment with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. Shift schedules are flexible, spanning 5 to 8-hour shifts during day, evening, and weekend hours. Candidates must be willing and able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work. While previous experience in customer service or cashier roles, especially in quick service environments, is preferred, a willingness to learn and develop is highly valued. Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and an ability to manage priorities effectively.
