Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and griddles
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers and team members
- Promote White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times
