Founded and based in Dallas, Urban Air has established itself as a market leader in location-based entertainment, pioneering the concept of the adventure park and becoming the largest operator in the industry worldwide. The company is dedicated to fostering fun and active lifestyles, encouraging kids and families to reach new heights and challenge themselves in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Urban Air Waxahachie, a proud member of this renowned network, operates with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring safety, and promoting teamwork among staff. As an equal opportunity employer, Urban Air Waxahachie fosters an inclusive workplace where every employee is valued and given the opportunity to contribute to the company’s mission.

The available positions at Urban Air Waxahachie include Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café team members. Each role plays a critical part in ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit. Successful candidates will be energetic and customer-service oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and physically engaging environment. Reliable transportation is a must to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance. Candidates must be able to commit to at least one shift from Monday to Thursday and two shifts over the weekend, from Friday to Sunday.

These roles require a high-energy attitude and the ability to offer excellent customer service. While prior work experience in retail or the hospitality industry is preferred, it is not essential, making these positions ideal for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Cash handling experience is an asset given the nature of the roles but not mandatory. Due to the physically active nature of the work, athletic-minded individuals are encouraged to apply, though all team members are expected to perform at or above standard levels to maintain high-quality guest experiences.

Urban Air values adaptability and teamwork and expects all employees to embody the company’s core values of helping kids have fun and supporting their ambitions to aim higher. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy an active work environment and want to be part of a pioneering company that shapes the future of family entertainment.
