Job Requirements
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform motions including bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in team settings
- Willingness to learn and perform multiple crew positions
- Ability to maintain high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Duties
- Creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Serving as cashier, drive-thru operator, front-of-house staff, or kitchen crew
- Being trained on all crew positions
- Communicating respectfully in team environments
- Working in a fast-paced environment and thinking on your feet
- Following process and procedure to ensure work safety and cleanliness
- Projecting a positive attitude when under pressure
