Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- must have the ability to communicate with customers and coworkers
- must be able to perform multiple tasks
- must be able to maintain productivity under pressure
- must be able to speak English if the position requires immediate customer contact
- must be able to learn POS systems and kitchen operations
- must be physically capable of standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- must be willing to comply with food safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
- relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety procedures
- stock kitchen and customer service operations with food, beverage, packaging and service materials
- stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper and utensils
- fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
- collect customer payments and return proper change using cash register
- unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging and serving materials
- clean interior and exterior restaurant premises including floors, tables, seats, windows, kitchenware and equipment
- observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- maintain safe public access to the restaurant
- perform all other duties as assigned by management
