Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds
- Capability to lift a 33 gallon trash bag from trash container
- Availability to stand and walk throughout a scheduled shift
- Ability to bend, stretch and kneel to reach certain products or clean areas
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Ability to perform repetitive slicing motions with a sharp knife
- Ability to handle hot food by hand for several seconds at a time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple restaurant stations
Job Duties
- Follow established cash handling procedures
- Report to work timely for each scheduled shift
- Arrive and depart from work meeting all uniform and grooming standards
- Must become familiar with and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Smile at all times
- Train and become proficient at prep, production, DT, bakery, service, cash stations as assigned
- Follow established safety and sanitation protocols
- Foster a positive working environment with coworkers
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience for each guest
- Responsible for delivering orders to guest
