The role of Team Member at Fresh Dining Concepts is a dynamic position focused on the preparation and presentation of products from Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon. This role is essential in ensuring that each guest receives delicious, freshly prepared items while also maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the store premises and equipment. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks including preparing dough, rolling and baking pretzels and Cinnabons, preparing specialty items, and managing orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system. This position requires someone who is attentive to detail, maintains high standards of hygiene and food safety, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to engage warmly with customers and coworkers alike. The work environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, requiring individuals who can multitask, follow instructions accurately, and uphold the Fresh Dining Concepts brand experience. Job Requirements

  • prolonged and stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive and constant hand and arm motions such as rolling and dipping pretzels or Cinnabons
  • the ability to lift 50 plus pounds
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment dealing with point-of-sale systems, guests, and staff

  • ability to write simple correspondence in English
