As a Team Manager at Panera, you will play a key leadership role in one of the company’s bakery-cafes, directly impacting the guest experience and the success of your team. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $23.50 per hour, along with eligibility for quarterly bonuses. You will be responsible for running smooth shifts, managing staff, and upholding the highest standards of food quality and customer service that Panera guests expect and love.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification
  • Flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
  • Background check clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification
  • Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
