Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- flexible hours including nights and weekends
- background check clearance required
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
- capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
- ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
Job Qualifications
