Job Requirements
- Two or more years of college
- or one year's retail experience with six months supervisory experience
- or two years general work experience with one year's supervisory experience
- or one year's Sam's Club experience
- or three years military experience
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to embrace change and digital transformation
- Reliable and accountable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of college or equivalent experience
- Retail supervisory experience or equivalent general work experience
- Leadership skills with a focus on servant leadership
- Ability to apply customer-focused strategic thinking
- Experience in managing teams and developing talent
- Familiarity with retail operations and profit and loss management
- Preferred qualifications include environmental compliance knowledge and warehouse experience
