Panera is currently seeking a Team Manager to join their leadership team at one of their bakery-cafe locations. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $23.50 per hour, along with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • At least 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
  • Strong communication skills to work in a loud environment and understand directions clearly

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills in a loud environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
  • Ability to clearly communicate and understand directions in a fast-paced workplace

  • Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained
