As a Team Manager, you will be an integral part of the bakery-cafe leadership team. This full-time role, offering competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.50 per hour and eligibility for quarterly bonuses, invites you to lead with passion and grow in your career.

The Team Manager position involves overseeing daily store operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hospitality are maintained. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with guests, creating loyal patrons who appreciate Panera's commitment to excellence. Leading and developing team members is at the heart of this role. Through coaching, inspiration, and motivation, you will help team members exceed sales goals, improve speed and order accuracy, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role also includes participating in the hiring process by interviewing and selecting new team members who will add value to the Panera family. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 6 hours
  • Clear communication skills in noisy environments
  • Background check clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
