Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk up to 6 hours
- Clear communication skills in noisy environments
- Background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age

- Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff
- Build engaging relationships that lead to loyal guests
- Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience goals and celebrate achievements
- Participate in interviewing and selection process
- Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
