Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete team leader training classes
  • in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 15 to 25 pounds
  • ability to listen to guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 months of consecutive experience at Jack in the Box with 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes
  • or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete team leader training classes
  • in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills
  • ability to work well with diverse groups of people
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • basic knowledge of personal computers and related software
