Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • six consecutive months Jack in the Box experience and 100 percent certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or one year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
  • must complete Team Leader training classes
  • in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • ability to work well with diverse groups of people
  • ability to perform basic math operations
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of the shift
  • ability to lift and carry 15 to 25 pounds
  • ability to operate a cash register and read video monitors
