Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Team Leader training classes
- In certain states, must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to perform basic math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of the shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15 to 25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- Six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience and 100 percent certification in all workstations for internal promotes or one year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
