Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- 6 consecutive months Jack in the Box experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes or 1 year supervisory experience
- must complete Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification where required
- ability to speak, read, and write in English
- ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 90-95% of the shift
- ability to listen to guests' orders and operate a cash register
Job Qualifications
- 6 consecutive months Jack in the Box experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes
- or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in certain states
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math proficiency
- strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- basic computer knowledge
