Job Requirements
- Must have six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience with full certification in all workstations for internal promotes or one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Team Leader training classes
- Must obtain ServSafe certification where required
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Physical ability to stand and walk 90-95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guest orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- Six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience or one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Certification in all workstations for internal promotes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification where applicable
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English

- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
