Job Requirements
- Minimum education recognized by the State of Florida for Registered Nurse licensure
- Current Florida RN license
- AHA BLS Certification
- AHA PALS Certification
- Ability to participate in on-call schedule
- Prior clinical experience in surgical area preferred
- CNOR Certification preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia personnel, and health team members to assess preoperative needs
- Serve as the primary resource for instrumentation, equipment, supplies, and procedures in the surgical specialty
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during the intraoperative period
- Participate in scrub and circulating duties as needed
- Manage the on-call schedule and respond to surgical needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Lead and support the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
