Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- able to lift up to 100 pounds
- no high school diploma required
- previous bakery or retail management experience
- knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
- strong organizational skills
- availability to work necessary hours
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- knowledge of bakery operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- perform all functions of a bakery manager in their absence
- ability to understand and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement
- provide products and services that meet or exceed customer requirements
- follow procedures to eliminate out-of-stocks, maintain presentation, increase sales, and decrease shrink
- develop communication processes with other departments to develop marketing plans
- direct, oversee, and evaluate training to reduce turnover and control labor costs
- prepare and track records concerning inventories and work processes
