Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year food service industry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment
- Ability to spend 90% of working time standing
- Ability to spend 10% of working time sitting
- Capacity to use all sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
- Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, handle, reach, squat, crawl, lift, climb, and stoop
- Ability to carry loads greater than 25 pounds and transport up to 50 pounds regularly
- Clear communication skills in the primary language of the restaurant
- Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction
- Ability to see 20/20 with correction
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the food service industry
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide supervision during assigned shifts
- Provide team members and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
- Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house shift responsibilities including scheduling staff to minimize overtime and control labor costs
- Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Handle guest comments and complaints
- Supervise daily shifts to ensure product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
- Assist in ongoing training of team members including new hires
- Enforce uniform policy and standards
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Open and close restaurant in absence of upper management
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
