Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to follow instructions and teamwork
  • Must pass background check if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or leadership roles is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends except Sundays
  • Basic knowledge of food service operations is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Help manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • Assist with training and development of new employees
  • Collaborate with the Operator to maintain quality standards
  • Support team members in meeting performance and service goals
  • Address customer concerns effectively and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
