- prior experience in restaurant operations or supervisory role
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to resolve conflicts
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Provide supervision during assigned shifts
- provide team members and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
- manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs
- monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience
- assist with guest comments and complaints
- supervise daily shifts to ensure company standards, product quality, and cleanliness are maintained
- assist in the ongoing training of team members including new hires and existing staff
- encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards
- ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management
