Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant operations or supervisory role
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to resolve conflicts
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant operations or team supervision
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • basic understanding of labor control and cost management

Job Duties

  • Provide supervision during assigned shifts
  • provide team members and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
  • manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs
  • monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience
  • assist with guest comments and complaints
  • supervise daily shifts to ensure company standards, product quality, and cleanliness are maintained
  • assist in the ongoing training of team members including new hires and existing staff
  • encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards
  • ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management
