The role of Team Lead Sales Coach at Hilton Grand Vacations is integral to driving and enhancing the sales performance of Call Transfer and Outbound Sales Agents. This position focuses on developing and implementing effective sales coaching strategies and programs that align with HGV’s overall sales strategy. The Team Lead Sales Coach works closely with sales teams to help agents define clear goals and strategies aimed at improving sales outcomes and minimizing cancellations. They serve as a crucial guide to help sales agents self-identify their strengths and areas for improvement, empowering them to develop personalized solutions that foster long-term success. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with leadership to create formal development plans for both individual sales representatives and sales teams.

The Team Lead Sales Coach is responsible for maintaining high standards of coaching excellence by ensuring consistency across all coaching sessions, including sales evaluations, side-by-side coaching, desk observations, and campaign calibration sessions. They lead group coaching sessions and facilitate Sales Calibration Sessions to promote fair and consistent evaluation and coaching practices site-wide. A key aspect of the role is actively supporting under-performing sales agents through targeted coaching in partnership with supervisors and managers. The position also requires close collaboration with Training Specialists to identify assimilation gaps in new hires, ensuring these individuals receive adequate support as they transition from training to live sales environments.

Ideal candidates for this role are those with strong sales coaching experience, particularly in call center or direct marketing environments. The company values candidates with at least 2-3 years of coaching experience using formal coaching methodologies, along with hands-on experience facilitating group presentations. This role requires a proactive approach to continuous professional development, with opportunities for team members to engage in additional learning activities beyond their core responsibilities. Working as a Team Lead Sales Coach at Hilton Grand Vacations offers the chance to be part of an industry-leading organization with a mission-driven culture, internal growth opportunities, paid classroom and on-site training, and consistent day-to-day responsibilities conducive to professional success and personal satisfaction.
