The role of Team Lead at Green House is a critical position tasked with driving consumer engagement, brand awareness, and field execution in a designated local market territory. The Team Lead serves as the local market expert and brand champion, leading the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, community activations, retail sampling events, and grassroots initiatives. This role requires a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong local relationships, and is passionate about creating memorable consumer experiences that enhance brand affinity and deliver business results. Aside from managing a team of Brand Ambassadors, the Team Lead works closely with the Field Marketing Manager to develop weekly priorities and market strategies, while overseeing logistical elements of events, including planning, permitting, setup, execution, breakdown, and post-event reporting. With a focus on creating engaging consumer interactions and maintaining accurate market insights and inventory controls, the Team Lead plays an essential role in supporting Green House's mission of executing impactful brand activations. This position offers a base salary ranging from $58,000 to $61,000 annually, along with bonus potential, auto and communication allowances, and wellness reimbursements, providing a comprehensive compensation package that recognizes the value this role brings to the company.

Job Requirements

  • Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned market
  • 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or related fields
  • Prior experience promoting beverage, CPG, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing events, or coordinating promotional programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Access to smartphone and computer
  • Pass background check including driving record, education, employment, and criminal history

Job Qualifications

  • Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned market
  • Strong knowledge of the local community, consumer landscape, and event opportunities
  • 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, field marketing, event marketing, consumer engagement, community marketing, or related fields
  • Prior experience promoting beverage, CPG, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing events, or coordinating promotional programs preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM, reporting, and event management tools
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to transport event materials
  • Access to smartphone and computer for communication and administration
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Partner closely with the Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute weekly priorities, market strategies, and activation plans
  • Serve as the face of the brand within the local market, cultivating relationships with key community partners, influencers, retailers, and event organizers
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement through local events, partnerships, and grassroots marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute high-impact sampling events, experiential activations, product seedings, and promotional programs that align with brand objectives
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors to ensure exceptional execution and brand representation
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including planning, permitting, setup, execution, breakdown, and post-event reporting
  • Coordinate product inventory, receive and track deliveries, and maintain organized storage and inventory controls
