This particular opportunity is a full-time night shift role based at the AdventHealth facility located at 3100 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, Florida. Candidates will benefit from a competitive hourly pay range between $32.76 and $57.47. The role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $10,000 relocation bonus for qualifying applicants. The position primarily involves nursing leadership responsibilities within a critical care or specialty unit, focusing on staff scheduling, performance management, and fostering positive internal and external relationships.

The role requires the preparation of monthly staffing schedules to ensure seamless coverage for all planned and emergency cases. You will also assist with employee performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Effective time management and the ability to execute duties with minimal supervision are essential.
