Job Requirements

  • at least one year of related work experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of related work experience
  • no supervisor experience required

Job Duties

  • Ensure staff works as a team to guarantee optimal service and guest needs satisfaction
  • complete opening and closing tasks including preparing supplies and utensils
  • clean equipment and areas and secure doors
  • maintain clean work areas during the day by cleaning on the go
  • inspect dining areas for seating availability, quality of service, guest safety, and well-being
  • complete maintenance work orders and report urgent repairs
  • report any employee, guest, or vendor incidents to management and Loss Prevention
  • communicate information to manager or supervisor and document pertinent information
  • assist managers with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation and coaching of employees
  • serve as a role model
  • comply with all company safety policies and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain clean and professional appearance
  • protect company property and confidential information
  • support coworkers respectfully and help team achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance expectations and standards
  • perform physical tasks including lifting under 50 pounds, standing, sitting or walking for extended periods, inspecting tools and equipment, and moving within confined or elevated spaces
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
  • perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
