Position Overview Netsmart is currently looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader to join us as a Team Lead and Events Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a high-performing team tasked with delivering extraordinary event experiences that not only drive profitable business growth but also deepen client engagement and foster lasting partnerships. This position is highly visible within the organization and offers significant executive-level collaboration and support. You will champion a team culture grounded in accountability, excellence, and continuous development, inspiring team members toward professional growth. Executive presence is a necessity, as you will work closely with senior leaders aligning event strategies with broader organizational goals and priorities. This role includes overseeing the planning and execution of over 150 trade shows annually, including Netsmart's flagship user conference, CONNECTIONS. You will handle budgets, logistics, vendor partnerships, and continually improve processes to ensure high-quality, memorable events.
