Job Duties
- Identify and engage with prospective clients
- maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the process
- respond promptly to inquiries and diligently follow up on leads
- conduct property tours and showings
- guide buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
- deliver and install lockboxes and signs at property locations
- pick up and drop off important documents and paperwork
- deliver pop-by gifts to clients
- assist agents with home showings
- maintain and organize real estate supplies and marketing materials
- run errands as needed to support team operations
- engage with clients and vendors in a warm, personable, and professional manner
