Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with merchandising and sales strategies

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail or customer-facing experience required
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards
- Promote and lead company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment)
- Contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned departments
- Execute plans and adjust as needed using independent judgment and analysis
- Act as Head Coach and perform general store oversight during sole leadership periods, including opening and closing, Front End and Cash Office functions, and teammate supervision
- Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports and assign workload based on skills
- Monitor progress against plans and pivot to meet goals while managing payroll and financial targets
- Develop effective schedules and adjust to meet athlete traffic demands
- Build and lead a strong, effective team including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, feedback, development, recognition, and motivation
- Manage performance including reviews, promotions, and accountability
- Enforce policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and legal compliance
- Hold teammates accountable for compliance and performance issues
