This role of Teaching Assistant (Paraprofessional/Classroom Aide) is designed for individuals eager to make a positive, lasting impact on students with special educational needs. The role emphasizes behavior support and implementation of individualized education and behavior intervention plans (IEPs and BIPs). Hours typically range between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, with roles requiring 25-30 hours per week for full-time employment. The company also encourages professional development through training sessions that hone special education and behavioral support techniques. Benefits such as paid sick leave and eligibility for 401K plans further enhance the position's attractiveness.
