The role of Para Educator at Zen Educate is designed for individuals passionate about supporting students with special needs in a K-12 setting. This position entails working closely under the supervision of classroom teachers to provide crucial assistance in instructional activities, classroom management, and behavioral support. Para Educators help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment by implementing behavior intervention plans, offering one-on-one or small group student support, and facilitating social-emotional skills development.
