In this full-time position, you will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers within your classroom, modeling effective behaviors, and providing constructive feedback to promote professional development. You will implement the KinderCare curriculum with flexibility to address the unique needs of each child, ensuring that learning is personalized and impactful. Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers is essential, as you collaborate with them to provide the best possible care and educational experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to your center’s success by working closely with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement. Cultivating positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, community partners, and corporate stakeholders will be a daily priority, reinforcing KinderCare’s reputation for quality and excellence.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $22.85, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees both personally and professionally.
