For the 2026-2027 academic year, Zen Educate is actively recruiting paraprofessionals and classroom aides to support special education classrooms. These roles are crucial in ensuring classroom operations run smoothly and that students receive the tailored support they need to thrive. The paraprofessionals and aides play an essential part in helping teachers focus on delivering instruction by managing behavioral challenges, assisting with personal care, and fostering positive social-emotional development among students. This position operates on a weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:00 or 4:30 pm, with no weekend work required, providing a balanced work-life environment. Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, paid weekly, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair pay. Zen Educate prioritizes hiring candidates with experience in supporting students with special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, positive attitude. Preferred qualifications include experience with behavioral intervention strategies, ABA Therapy, Behavior Technician roles, CPR and First Aid certification, and training in CPI or Pro Act methods. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be English proficient, authorized to work in the U.S., and at least 18 years old.
