We are currently seeking Servers to join our team, individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to creating extraordinary dining experiences. This role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and an exceptional ability to connect with guests, guiding them through our carefully curated menu and delivering personalized service. Servers play a critical role in the dining experience, serving food and beverages with impeccable timeliness and professionalism, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment, and ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and bar staff. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • Food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Read write and speak English fluently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor ensuring a positive first impression
  • Guide guests through the menu providing recommendations and answering questions
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery
