Job Requirements

  • Must be available for the scheduled Tea Service hours 11:30 - 4:30
  • Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment preferred
  • strong customer service background required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Gracious, and attentive to guest needs, with a refined sense of service appropriate for a luxury environment
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

Job Qualifications

  • Prior hosting or hospitality experience preferred
  • fine dining background a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and elegant demeanor
  • Manage reservation systems to ensure efficient and accurate seating
  • Monitor guest flow and communicate with service staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Maintain knowledge of daily menus, special offerings, and hotel services
  • Support the Tea Service team with light duties as needed to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Ensure the entry and dining areas remain organized, clean, and guest-ready throughout service
