Job Requirements

Must be available for the scheduled Tea Service hours 11:30 - 4:30
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment preferred
strong customer service background required
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Gracious, and attentive to guest needs, with a refined sense of service appropriate for a luxury environment
Weekend and holiday availability required

Job Qualifications

Prior hosting or hospitality experience preferred
fine dining background a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and elegant demeanor
Manage reservation systems to ensure efficient and accurate seating
Monitor guest flow and communicate with service staff to maintain smooth operations
Maintain knowledge of daily menus, special offerings, and hotel services
Support the Tea Service team with light duties as needed to ensure an exceptional experience
Ensure the entry and dining areas remain organized, clean, and guest-ready throughout service
