The Tea Host is responsible for managing reservations, orchestrating seating arrangements, and facilitating a smooth flow of guests during service hours from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The position may also include an optional PM Room Service Server shift from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM for those interested.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring previous experience from fine dining or upscale hospitality environments, coupled with a strong customer service background.
