Candidates for this role are expected to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and preferably have completed a bartending academy or similar program. Experience working in full-service restaurants, bars, or nightclubs is highly desirable. The candidate must have strong basic math skills and a proven track record of effective guest service. Additionally, the ability to secure a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days of hire and pass a background check for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit is mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from hire date
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends and holidays
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Graduate from a bartending academy preferred
- Successful completion of Tulalip Job Ready Program considered in lieu of guest service experience
- Minimum of six months experience in full service restaurant, bar, or nightclub
- Minimum of six months experience working with the public utilizing guest service skills
- Minimum of six months work experience as a host or cashier in a restaurant preferred
- Basic math skills
