Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university plus one year of full-time experience in contracting or purchasing
- Or five years of full-time experience in contracting or purchasing
- Must obtain the Texas Contract Manager Certification (CTCM) within twelve months of hire date
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience preparing and managing contracts for facilities and services to support events
- Experience coordinating seminars, workshops, and conferences
Job Duties
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and administer educational outreach workshops and events targeted to the regulated community for TCEQ
- Prepare and manage contracts for facilities and services to support events
- Monitor contract performance including corrective action as appropriate
- Coordinate, plan, and oversee seminars and workshops
- Assist with the planning of conferences
- Develop web applications and documents in coordination with the Lead Internet Developer
- Ensure posted materials conform to agency and accessibility standards
