Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience working with the public utilizing customer relation skills
  • Minimum of six (6) months working experience serving beer, wine and cocktails in a restaurant, lounge or casino setting
  • Minimum of six (6) months cashiering experience

Job Duties

  • Serve food and drinks to guests demonstrating and promoting positive guest relations
  • Work with a point of sale system, accept money and make changes when needed
  • Assist Bartender with stocking, making coffee, and general cleaning
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage floor
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
  • Provide attentive and efficient service during busy periods
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
