Owned and operated by the Tulalip Tribes, this resort casino boasts a rich cultural heritage while offering guests a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere coupled with world-class amenities. Guests enjoy a blend of gaming excitement, fine dining, luxury accommodations, and live entertainment, making Tulalip Resort Casino a leading venue in the Pacific Northwest. The establishment commits to exceptional service and quality experiences, catering to thousands of visitors annually and providing ample employment opportunities in a range of hospitality and entertainment roles.

The TC/BARBACK position within BlackFish, one of the resort’s prominent dining and beverage outlets, plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the bar area. This full-time role comes with a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour and is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start or develop a career in the food and beverage industry. The primary responsibility of the barback is to assist bartenders by stocking supplies, managing coffee preparation, and performing general cleaning duties to ensure the bar remains well-equipped and clean at all times.

This position requires a team-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering reliable support to bartenders and contributing to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age and capable of obtaining necessary permits, such as a Food Handler’s card and a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days of hire, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, the role requires successful completion of a background check for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit, which emphasizes the importance of trust and integrity within the resort’s gaming operations.

Employees in this role must be flexible with their schedule as shifts may vary, including day, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays. Tulalip Resort Casino fosters a supportive workplace environment that values dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This TC/BARBACK position offers a foundation for growth within the hospitality sector, with the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in bar operations and customer service in a prestigious resort setting.
