The Busser at Twin Creeks plays a crucial role within the food and beverage department contributing to the overall dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, setting and clearing tables, and assisting servers in providing seamless customer service. The responsibilities include setting tables with clean glasses, linens, and silverware, removing soiled dishes and glassware, refilling non-alcoholic beverages, and assisting with water, coffee, cappuccino, and espresso service. Beyond this, the Busser ensures that side stations, floors, and furniture are sanitized and well-maintained and is also responsible for cleaning and polishing silverware, glassware, and plates.
