As a Tax Associate at a TurboTax Store, you will be the face of TurboTax in your local community. Tax Associates play a proactive role in community engagement, representing TurboTax at local events, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will deliver expert tax preparation services covering a range of scenarios from simple individual returns to complex business income situations. Your expertise will help clients optimize deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan for future financial goals such as retirement, education, or large life events.

The role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work throughout the week including weekends. While primarily seasonal, year-round opportunities may also be available depending on the location and community needs. Competitive compensation is offered, with pay varying by location and experience level. In addition to hourly wages ranging from approximately $22.00 to $28.50 per hour depending on the state, Tax Associates may be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and a range of benefits.
