Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Six or more years of federal tax consulting and or compliance experience
- Recent public accounting firm experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of tax software and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work hybrid
- Master's degree in taxation preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting

- Recent experience in a public accounting firm
- Six or more years of federal tax consulting and or compliance experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience in S-Corp, partnership returns, and individual returns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology
- Experience managing a team
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
Job Duties
- Manage and lead a team of tax professionals
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Develop and implement tax strategies
- Conduct tax research to stay current with laws and regulations
- Prepare and review tax returns ensuring compliance
- Provide consulting on tax issues including mergers and acquisitions
- Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members
