Beyond tax return preparation, associates will leverage Intuit TurboTax’s marketing support and technology to empower customers throughout their financial journey.

In this role, associates engage with customers both in-person and virtually, utilizing Intuit’s state-of-the-art communication tools to make taxes accessible and less daunting. Tax Associates also participate in community outreach and local events, serving as proactive ambassadors who represent TurboTax with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level, and a passion for helping customers overcome their tax challenges while securing the best possible financial outcomes.

Candidates will find this position rewarding as it enables them to make a tangible difference in their communities while advancing their careers within one of the most respected companies in the financial software industry. The role features a competitive compensation package, including an hourly wage ranging from $25.50 to $28.50 in New York, eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. The schedule can be flexible, with opportunities to work seasonally or year-round, and will adapt to customer demand peaks. As part of the TurboTax Store team, individuals will experience a blend of entrepreneurship and community involvement, supported by a globally recognized brand committed to innovation and customer success.
