The company values entrepreneurial spirit and strives to foster a supportive environment where employees can thrive and grow their expertise.

The role of Tax Expert - TurboTax Store at Intuit is a unique opportunity for motivated professionals to join the seasonal TurboTax locations spread across the United States. Using a variety of professional tools and resources, you will provide hands-on tax advice aimed at maximizing refunds and minimizing liabilities while ensuring clarity and personalized communication.

Beyond tax preparation, Tax Experts deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and aligning with clients’ financial goals such as retirement savings, college funds, weddings, or vacations. The ability to build trust and transform one-time interactions into long-term relationships is critical to success in this position. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including salary based on job knowledge and location, cash bonuses, equity rewards, and comprehensive benefits. The hiring process accommodates candidates' career goals and availability, with hours scaling to meet peak season demand. This role also supports professional development through opportunities to build social media presence and create educational content within the community.
