We are currently seeking talented, professional, and energized Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) team members to join our team at this newest location. The FOH roles focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have memorable experiences, while BOH members, including cooks, work diligently behind the scenes to maintain the quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of the kitchen operations. The Cook position directly supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef by maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and assisting in food preparation including cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming various meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and other menu items. This role ensures that cold items are properly stocked and that the kitchen remains in good working order at all times. The position offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting that values attention to detail, sound judgment, and a passion for quality food and service. Candidates will benefit from joining a reputable and established entertainment and dining company dedicated to providing superior guest experiences and fostering team growth.
